Allow the twitter username/handle to be to "clickable" in the Social Stream widget on jbos.org home page

The "Social Stream" widget on the jboss.org homepage shows the latest tweets related to JBoss projects. It displays the user who tweeted along with the tweet. However, neither the username nor that specific tweet is "clickable" It would be good to (atleast) make the username being displayed there, as a link so that it leads to the user's twitter profile.
