    Description

Provide a way to create a curated feed based on existing feeds without requiring the original authors to remember adding a tag.

This could be done by allowing logged in users to tag any entry on planet and then make the tags a feed in them self.

i.e. I log in as Max and see the list of planet feeds and can then mark an individual entry with i.e. "jbosscentral".

when that is done the exact same feed entry should show up under an RSS feed under my name, i.e. http://planet.jboss.org/feeds/maxandersen/jbosscentral.

It's important the entries in the RSS feed just gets passed through without removing the original content to allow proper credits for the original authors and their content. The RSS feed could though fine contain additional metadata about who tagged and what the tags were.

Before google reader changed this was as simply as marking the feed with a comment and then you had a new rss feed but thats no longer available.
