Distinguish project lead in Project Team paragraph

We need to find a better way to display the project lead in the project team paragraph. This could either be by replacing the star after the project lead's name with a badge saying "Project Lead" or possibly by having a box around the whole avatar+name which has a coloured background and the words "Project Lead" in the top-left corner.

We're open to other suggestions too
