Create a staging profile for Narayana in nexus

As per http://post-office.corp.redhat.com/archives/thecore/2014-December/msg00182.html I would like one of these for Narayana so I can use the nexus staging plugin to release my project.

I would like to be able to do it for snapshots and releases.

I would like to ensure I don't need to visit https://repository.jboss.org/nexus/index.html#stagingRepositories by hand.

I have two projects that I want to release in tandem:
1. So nexus upload first project
2. Optionally nexus upload second project
3. Nexus close and release first (and second if included in the release) project
