Add exchangePattern option to recipientList

When a recipient entry contains a exchange pattern like this

activemq:queue1?exchangePattern=InOut
~~~~

The recipient list ignores the exchange pattern and uses existing exchange pattern. It would be good to be able to use the exchange pattern set above.

Workarounds:

• set the exchange pattern before the recipient list

• use a custom process (recipient on onPrepareRef) to manipulate the exchange pattern
