Camel-cxfrs should not send body in DELETE method

Based on email conversation with Willem. There is bug in camel-cxfrs component. In my case when DELETE method is used it adds @PathParam to message body, but body content is not allowed in HttpConnection of JDK 7 and throws exception. Operation fails with error code 500 on client side.

This has been already fixed in the upstream CAMEL-7856. So it should be picked up for Fuse distribution.
