Camel should allow disabling exchange body logging when logging Exception to logfile.

Currently Camel logs Exchange body when logging exception but in certain cases it is desirable to skip exchange body due to sensitive info. that my be present in body. Camel should allow option to switch off logging Exchange body mainly in case of exception and if possible in any log message at all levels.
