Add option to configure splitter EIP to act as "one unit of work"

If you use the splitter EIP, each sub message is running in their own UoW. In case of an exception, you may want the outer UoW to fail as well.
Such as being able to move the original message to a DLC.

We need some option to configure this in the Splitter EIP (maybe applicable for multicast EIP as well).
