FUSE MR Install Guide - Remove hack from source install doc

For FUSE MR 1.4.0.0, I added a hack to the instructions for building the source kit. Customers have to comment out the camel-artixds and camel-fix modules in the src/components/pom.xml file, otherwise the kit will not build (you need access to closed source Artix DS code in order to build those modules).

It is anticipated that this bug will be fixed for version 1.4.1.0, so that customers will once again be able to build the source kit by just doing 'mvn install'. Assuming that the bug gets fixed, the hack will need to be removed from the source install instructions in the Installation Guide.
