CXF bus set on camel-cxf endpoint is ignored.

FUSE Message Router ignores cxf bus set on came-cxf endpoint.

How to reproduce:

1. Modify camel-example-cxf and use attached Provider configuration.

2. The current configuration uses invalid bus reference in cxfEndpoint so it is expected that both LoggingIn and LoggingOut interceptor won't be used or some error would be thrown. However, the camel-cxf component doesn't throw any error and includes both interceptors and you can see InBound and OutBound messages.

3. Even if you set bus reference to Bus1 or Bus2 you still see both interceptors included in interceptor chain and output both InBound and OutBound Message.
