Provide a method to configure the send/receive/connection timeout in the URL or cxfEndpoint element for camel-cxf

Currently to change the default send/receive/connection timeout for the CXF endpoint you have to jump through some hoops configuring CXF. We should add sendTimeout, receiveTimeout and connectionTimeout parameters so that these timeouts could easily be set either in the URL or perhaps as attributes of the cxfEndpoint element.
