Fault messages are not automatically routed to Dead Letter Queue

A Camel route calls a jsr181 component which sends an error back as a Fault message. However, errorHandler only works with exceptions, so it never sees the Fault and does not send it to the DLQ.

The errorHandler mechanism should be enhanced to look at the status of the exchange and then route the message to the DLQ on failure.
