ModeShape documentation for sequencers needs update

ModeShape documentation for sequencers misses important details. The user should see output from sequence process - there should be an example of graph structure created in repository after sequence process, so the users can better figure out what nodes are created after sequencing is done. Currently only TEIID sequencer, Image sequencer, DDL sequencer and Java Class/Source file provide this information.
