JPA Connector Doesn't Support Apache Derby

Pointing the JPA connector to an Apache Derby database fails on start-up as the @GeneratedValue( strategy = GenerationType.AUTO ) chooses a generation strategy of TABLE. The insert into ... select named query in SubgraphNodeEntity does not work with this strategy,
