Fix retrieval of MIME type from S3 binary storage

Due to S3 automatically adding a "Content-Type" header with a value of "application/octet-stream" to all objects by default, S3BinaryStorage.getStoredMimeType() always return a non-null value.
This behavior breaks the MIME type detection functionality of ModeShape.
