Enhance Modeshape JSON and Wild Fly configuration to support passing in a replica set to the MongoDB binary store

In Modeshape 5.2.0, JSON or the Wild Fly configuration does not support passing in a replica set to MongoDB binary store even though underlying implementation(MongodbBinaryStore.java) in modeshape-jcr module seems to support it.
