Update JGit and change the Git connector test cases to be self-contained

    Description

      Our current Git connector test cases require in order to pass that the ModeShape repository in which they run has all the upstream tags fetched.
      We should update JGit to the latest version and make sure these test cases are self-contained (e.g. the tests can perform a git fetch --tags for example)
