Using OFFSET on queries which use indexes loops over the same first 100 nodes

When running a query against an index which has more than 100 entries and using offset in that query to retrieve nodes that have an index greater than 99 in the result set, only nodes 0-99 will be returned i.e. offset 0 and offset 100 return the same node.
