The web-explorer jar artifact should list gwt-servlet as a dependency

The modeshape-web-explorer artifact, which produces a web fragement jar, should list the gwt-servlet dependency as well since it cannot be run in any container without it.
Currently this dependency is only listed for the explorer-war artifacts.
