Make methods and properties in JdbcMetadataConnector protected instead of private

I'm trying to extend functionality of org.modeshape.connector.meta.jdbc.JdbcMetadataConnector, but a lot of the methods and properties in this class are private. I'd like to change the modifiers of all the private properties and methods to protected.
