Child nodes order is not respected when importing initial content

Child nodes from initial content are inserted sorted in alphabet order instead of following the declaration order irrespective of "orderable" attribute for the type being set or not.
It seems that usage of TreeMap in NodeImportXmlHandler.getParsedElementByPath() is to blame.
