Improve DDL parser error resolution

I would like to suggest (if we can) differentiating between parsing errors (missing comma, brackets, etc.) and dialect related errors (wrong data type). Because, its the dialect error will help the user when they have chosen the wrong one. If that's not possible, can the error message be improved as to what failed.
