Create and document configuration templates

We should update our documentation and add a set of different configuration templates, which would allow users to easily find "out-of-the-box" examples they can run in different contexts.

Since the ISPN configuration is the major "black art", there should probably be more emphasis on that then the other repository options.

The following sections should be present (at least) in the documentation:

• Storage Scenarios - different ISPN cache loaders together with Local/Clustered variations
• Query Index Definitions - the various options for configuring indexes
• Binary Storage - the different types of binary stores together with the Local/Clustered variations and the particularities of those cases
• Security - list of the major security providers
• Other topics - the remaining schema (repository) options

In addition, there should be 4 examples of full-fledged, ready to run files showing:

• Basic Test Repository configuration (in-memory, no indexing, no binary storage)
• Local FS persistence
• Small Cluster
• Large Cluster
