The old RHQ plugin for JBoss AS5 in our main Git repo should be removed from the codebase

The deploy/jbossas/modeshape-jbossas-console module contains the RHQ plugin for the old JBoss AS5, and is no longer being built. Our latest RHQ plugin for EAP6/AS7/Wildfly is in a separate Git repository (https://github.com/modeshape/modeshape-rhq).

Therefore, we don't need to have this old RHQ plugin source code anymore, so it should be removed.
