Repository shutdown doesn't complete if unregistering from JNDI fails

When a repository is shutdown, it attempts to deregister itself from JNDI. If the JNDI context is read-only, this will throw an UnsupportedOperationException which in turn stop the rest of shutdown process leaving resources allocated.
