Importing XML continues to throw VersionException for multi-valued properties

After reviewing the fix for MODE-1748 it appears that VersionExceptions are still being thrown during imports if a node contains multi-valued properties. This depends on whether the "jcr:isCheckedOut" property happens to be set before the multi-valued property during import.
