Warnings when deploying a repository are only logged but should be available to calling code

If the ModeShape-specific ability to auto-load CND files referenced by the config file is used and a CND contains errors, the client app has no way to easily determine this other than capturing and interrogating logged messages.

This is just one example of potential warnings during repository deployment that are not visible to the code that is calling ModeShapeEngine.deploy(...). Such warnings are logged (so we're not losing anything), but it is just not very convenient for the code programmatically deploying the repository to know about the problems. One example would be a web application or GUI that wants to know these problems and display them to the user.
