<master-file-index-storage></master> and <slave-file-index-storage></slave> from the EAP kit, incorrectly resolve "path" and "source-path" attributes

When configuring the ModeShape EAP kit to use JMS for indexing, the path and source-path attributes should always be relative to jboss.server.data.dir.

However, atm, instead of resolving jboss.server.data.dir correctly, ModeShape just creates folders like: jboss.server.data.dirmodeshape in the current working directory.
