Oracle DDL Parsing Of Create Index Statement Is Incomplete

The Oracle DDL parsing of the "CREATE [UNIQUE | BITMAP] INDEX" is incomplete. The parser creates the right type of statement node and sets the "UNIQUE" or "BITMAP" property but treats everything after the statement start keywords as one expression. So the index name and column references are not being set.
