<local-file-index-storage/> configuration in the AS7 places indexes in the wrong directory

When configuring a repository in AS7 with an empty <local-file-index-storage/> element, ModeShape should use the jboss.server.data.dir system property as root location and create some defaults.

However, atm. it creates 2 directories:
jboss.server.data.dirundefined and jboss.server.data.dirundefined/nodeinfo under JVM working dir.
