Clean up Schematic's CacheContext logic, which currently checks Infinispan versions

We need to clean up the org.infinispan.schematic.internal.CacheContext constructor, which has lots of logic that is dependent upon different Infinispan versions. Once we upgrade to Infinispan 5.2.0.Final, we can remove all of the pre-5.2 logic/settings.
