AS7/EAP subsystem should expose monitoring information via management layer

    Description

      The ModeShape subsystem for AS7 already supports various configuration operations through the AS7 management layer, but it should also expose any of the monitoring statistics (and or other runtime status information) through this AS7 management layer. This will allow the AS7 console UI to access and use all of these operations.
