Cleanup Corrupted Teiid Sequencer VDB Test Data

There are quite a few test data VDBs that the "zip" utility will not read and flags as being corrupted. I'm not sure how these files got corrupted but they cannot be processed and should be removed. The VdbSequencerTest has ignored tests that identify most, if not all, the corrupted VDBs.
