Some binary database storage properties are missing from the Repository configuration JSON Schema

The repository configuration JSON Schema defines a field for only the JNDI name of the JDBC DataSource, even though the RepositoryConfiguration actually allows alternative properties for the driver classname, username, url, and password.

This should be an easy fix.
