Node type default property values are not being created in the Teiid sequencer

The ModelSequencerTest in the modeshape-sequencer-teiid module has some tests (asserts) the check the value of default properties for nodes created by the Teiid model sequencer. These asserts are failing because those default properties do not exist. Currently all those asserts are commented out. If it is the sequencer's responsibility to create those properties then the Teiid model sequencer should be updated.
