Convert commented-out tests in AS7 subsystem to use DMR rather than JSON

Several tests in the ModeShapeConfigurationTest were commented out recently because they compared JSON representations and such comparisons are fraught with type conversion issues. For example, a value that is an integer might be parsed, converted to DMR, and when written back to JSON might be a big integer.

These tests should directly use the DMR to verify the configuration was properly parsed.
