ModeShape should configure Hibernate Search's NRTIndexManager for faster (non-clustered) performance

In non-clustered configurations (and when the indexes are not shared by multiple processes), using Hibernate Search's NRTIndexManager would noticeably improve performance. ModeShape should look at the configuration and use it where possible.
