Sequencer Callbacks for Exception situations too

As part of the S-RAMP project we will (optionally?) be blocking until we hear from the SequenceListener, so that we can respond back to our users with a success/failure report. This means that if there are errors during the sequencing process that we should still get a callback containing some sort of error report.
