JGroups test configuration

When running the org.modeshape.jcr.bus.ClusteredRepositoryChangeBusTest test, JGroups uses the "default" configuration (nothing explicit). This causes to it, in certain cases, to pick an IP the wrong IP address (e.g. public facing VPN address) when starting the local clusters.

Ideally, it should always use the loopback interface to avoid these problems
