Upgrade PicketBox to 4.0.7.Final

Upgrade PicketBox from 4.0.1.Final to 4.0.7.Final, which is the same version that is being used in JBoss AS 7.1.1.Final. We're really just using PicketBox for tests, but we should still upgrade.
