JackrabbitXmlNodeTypeRegistrationTest is failing on Solaris 9.

Following tests are failing on Solaris 9 machines:

• org.modeshape.jcr.JackrabbitXmlNodeTypeRegistrationTest.shouldLoadOwfeNodeTypes
• org.modeshape.jcr.JackrabbitXmlNodeTypeRegistrationTest.shouldLoadAllMagnoliaTypes

Error message:

 
 Problems reading node types:org.modeshape.jcr.JackrabbitXmlNodeTypeReader@e45b5e
 ERROR: Error importing node types from "/xmlNodeTypeRegistration/owfe_nodetypes.xml": Content is not allowed in prolog. (threw Content is not allowed in prolog.)

There is a BOM (Byte Order Mark) at the start of owfe_nodetypes.xml file. This is why the tests are failing. However I am not sure why the tests are failing only on Solaris 9.
