Reference Guide Documentation for Some Sequencers Doesn't Mention mode:derived

Sequencers whose output was already documented before the MODE-947 fix don't document the impact of the mode:derived mixin type that is automatically added at the root of all sequenced content. This should be corrected for the Java Source and Class sequencers, the Teiid sequencers, the text sequencers, the image sequencer, and the DDL sequencer.
