Fix the Java and JavaDoc compiler warnings that appear when using Eclipse 3.6.1

I recently switched from Eclipse 3.5 to 3.6.1, and after I imported my preferences, I had just over 200 JavaDoc errors and a lot of extra Java warnings. All of the JavaDoc errors are in the 'package-info.java' files when linking to classes in the same package or in java.lang; apparently these are truly unresolved when running JavaDoc, so they should be fixed. Also, there are quite a few new warnings (outside of the 'modeshape-jbossas-console' and 'modeshape-jdbc' modules).

These should be cleaned up.
