Description
When upgrading OCP cluster 3.10 to 3.11, a failure happens during the "upgrade all storage" task that makes the upgrade to fail completely. The error log shows this could be related to Istio. Logs attached.
I spoke to kconner@redhat.com via IRC already and he may already know what's wrong.
