Check why BPMN editor shows error on page closing

During the Chrome Extension development I noticed that the BPMN "crashes" when we close the page. It's okay if the user really doesn't care about the changes, but if he closed the page by accident, the editor should still be running so that the user can further edit or even commit their changes.
