Add ability to configure KIE Server mode in images

Description

    The changes brought by Development Lifecycle Streamline (AF-1685) need to be applied also to Kie server scripts and templates.
    Kie server mode (syst. property org.kie.server.mode) needs to be set to REGULAR for templates intended for production usage.
