      1. Given a realm with a configured identity provider
      2. Add the Hardcoded User Session Attribute mapper to the IdP and configure user session attribute name and value.
      3. Login a new user with the IdP.

      Expected: Expected to see the configure user session note.
      Actual: The user session does not have the configured user session note.

      Description

      The Hardcoded User Session Attribute identity provider mapper, does not set the hardcoded value after first login flow is completed. This causes the hardcoded user session value to only be available for users already linked to the IdP.
