Lacking important information in Developer Guide Item 38.1.2. Use Cases and Requirements

When enabling the compatibility feature for use within OpenShift, QE reported it didn't work as expected. Investigating, we found out that when using Memcached protocol in compatibility mode, it's necessary to use a Transcoder in the client, as demonstrated by gfernand@redhat.com in https://github.com/gustavonalle/jdg-compat-sample.

I am suggesting as the location for writing this missing information item 38.1.2. Use Cases and Requirements, since it's the place where I could find most details about how this interoperability should work in the code level.
