Description

Following issues were found with Spark quickstart:
1. README,md reffers to file ispn-cli.sh/bat (line 52,53 and 56,57), the file name is actually just "cli.sh/bat"
2. README.md indicates usage of Spark version 1.6+ (line 28 and 63), quickstart actually works on version 2.0.2+
