JBoss stack pages lack some released BOM versions

The old org.jboss.bom:jboss-javaee-6.0-with-... stack pages (e.g. old tools) lack both recent community BOM versions (1.0.7.Final) and eap versions (6.3.0.GA). Recent community versions have been removed in this commit without replacement, and recent eap versions have been instead added to the newly created org.jboss.bom.eap:jboss-javaee-6.0-with-... stack pages (e.g. eap tools).

The old stack pages should have a note that would

• explain where to find recent community BOMs, e.g. at Maven Central: http://search.maven.org/#search|ga|1|jboss-javaee-6.0-with-tools (Jira cannot parse this link)
• explain where to find recent eap versions of BOMs, e.g. the new stacks page or Maven Central

This issue is a follow up for DEVELOPER-945
